South Square has a long tradition of providing the specific expertise of its members to law firms and their clients, large and small, across the length and breadth of England and Wales.

Corporate and personal insolvency and business and commercial disputes are frequently based in the local county court or District Registry of the High Court. Members of Chambers regularly travel around the country to provide advice to clients and to appear in court; we have strong links with law firms and clients in all the regions. Chambers has a Regional Law Firm Working Group specifically designed to focus on the needs of law firms and clients outside London and has recently embarked on a programme of regular conferences in the regions. In addition Chambers’ regular Digest of business and commercial cases, legislation and articles is widely distributed throughout the United Kingdom, and is relevant to regional law firms as well as those situated in London and the City.
