
Members of Chambers and Associate Members have extensive experience of international commercial arbitration, both as advocates and as arbitrators. They conduct international commercial arbitrations under the Rules of the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, ICSID, LMAA and SIAC amongst others and ad hoc arbitrations. Several members are also accredited mediators.
As arbitrators Members of Chambers have decided disputes under the laws of many jurisdictions, including England, Hong Kong, New York, Nigeria, Singapore, Sweden and Switzerland and as advocates have conducted hearings in most of those countries and also in Canada, Dubai, France, the Netherlands, Japan and South Africa.
