In recent years members of these Chambers have been involved in every major insolvency and restructuring in the United Kingdom, including BCCI, Maxwell Communications Corporation, Polly Peck, Olympia & York, Lloyds of London, Barings, Enron, Railtrack, Marconi, NTL and Global Crossing. Members have also appeared in numerous major cases in the English High Court including the Commercial Court. Overseas work has included major re-insurance and trust litigation in Bermuda and cases in the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, Hong Kong, Singapore, Gibraltar, Jersey and the Isle of Man. As barristers we are also available to act as experts on English law in cases in other jurisdictions, particularly the United States.

The work undertaken by the barristers focuses on many aspects of commercial and business law in national and international contexts. Clients to Chambers include solicitors, overseas lawyers and corporations, in-house counsel and those organisations approved by the General Council of the Bar of England and Wales to instruct barristers directly.
