Pascoe's practice includes a broad range of commercial and financial law with a
particular emphasis on corporate insolvency, often with substantial
international elements.
A sample of his recent practice includes:
Acting for the Government of Brunei and the Brunei Investment Agency in
worldwide proceedings against HRH Prince Jefri relating to recovery of
misappropriated public monies; for Northern Rock in relation to aspects of its
proposed refinancing; for sub-contractors to Metronet,
and for the English liquidators of Swissair.
