As a junior Mark acted in every major administration of
the late 1980s and early 1990s, including Maxwell (for the Administrators of
the Private side),
After taking silk, Mark successfully defended the Bank of
England at trial against the misfeasance claim brought by the liquidators of
BCCI. He appeared for Eurotunnel on its restructuring, on
Mark appears before professional disciplinary bodies.
His sports law practice includes acting for Arsenal FC, Arsène Wenger and several Arsenal players before the FA Disciplinary Commission and on appeal. He has also acted for Wimbledon FC, Tottenham Hotspur FC and Sunderland FC.
In Formula 1, Mark appeared for Lewis Hamilton before the
World Motor Sport Council in the McLaren/Ferrari spying case. He has appeared
before various Formula 1 bodies for Spyker,
