Areas of practice:

·          Business, financial and commercial law includes banking, insurance, contract law, partnership law, financial services, pensions, professional negligence, regulation and discipline (particularly accountants, solicitors and financial advisers), sale of goods, commercial fraud, shareholder and director disputes, commercial aspects of company law, insolvency, tax related litigation.
