Avis v Turner [2007] BPIR 6 – dealt with the workings of the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996

Jones v Kingdom of Saudi Arabia [2006] UKHL 26 (acting as a junior to Michael Crystal QC) – dealt with international law issues in the House of Lords
