Stephen also has considerable experience in commercial litigation and contentious insolvency proceedings in the United Kingdom, the United States, Hong Kong, Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia, Singapore, the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Jersey and the Isle of Man including: successful litigation to recover billions of dollars of state assets on behalf of the Brunei Investment Agency and the Government.
