Over the past year, he has been involved in Nortel Networks; Visteon UK; Woolworths (acting on behalf of BBC Worldwide in its successful dispute with the Administrators over the applicability of the anti-deprivation principle (the common law rule against fraud on the bankruptcy/insolvency laws), both at first instance and in the Court of Appeal); and Hellas Telecommunications (reputedly the largest pre-pack so far).
