Lucy is experienced in court litigation, arbitration and mediation.
She has acted in relation to a number of recent major corporate restructurings and insolvencies including: Woolworths Plc (for the administrators); Lehman Brothers (for a counter-party); T&N (for the Pension Protection Fund); Parmalat (for the Administrators); TXU (for the directors).
Lucy has advised and acted on a number of cross border issues arising from restructurings and insolvencies including: BTA Bank, Kaupthing Bank Hf, Korea Lines Corporation, Hellas Telecommunications (Luxembourg) II SCA, Nortel Networks.
Lucy also specialises in general commercial litigation.
